Students will examine the principles, procedures and instruments of assessment used in the diagnostic process, as well as the development and utilization of appropriate curriculum, materials, and instructional strategies for individuals with mild/moderate educational needs. In addition, students will explore academic, social and functional skills development; and instructional accommodations for students with mild/moderate educational needs in the regular setting.
