4.00 credits LAW3520 Marketing Law.com (General Credit) This course explores the importance of effectively managing laws and regulations in managing the marketing function. Specifically, we will examine U.S. laws affecting product, price, distribution, and promotion strategies. As time permits, U.S. law will be contrasted with that of other countries and the differences between legal and ethical analysis of marketing strategies also will be examined.
