The real and opportunity costs of losing an entrepreneurial mindset and actins are substantial. Effective corporate entrepreneurship is focused on creating high potential ventures that generate superior returns given the risk. This course covers the dynamic corporate entrepreneurship strategies, approaches, systems, skill, cultures, and other considerations. Prerequisite: MGMT-660.
