Course Level: Graduate Instruction and review of Chinese for graduate students completing degree programs at American University. The course permits graduate students to reinforce their language skills in order to conduct research in their areas of concentration, and to prepare for the university's tool of research examination. Students enroll as auditors and receive no academic credit. This course cannot be used as a substitute for completion of the tool of research exam. Prerequisite: permission of Department of Language and Foreign Studies.
