Description:

A study of developmental changes during adulthood. Continuities and changes across age will be examined in terms of biology, intellectual ability, personality, and social interaction. The assumption that aging means unidirectional decline in growth and development is challenged. Involvement in some practical experience will bring students into direct contact with adults at various stages of development. This course is not offered in 2008-2009. Prerequisite: Psychology 101.
