This course focuses on the continued development of the student's command of the Spanish language and his understanding of the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world, with an emphasis on speaking and writing. In this course students gain competence in writing and speaking. Selected readings of both Spanish and Spanish American fiction and nonfiction. This course is offered in the fall semester. Prerequisite: Spanish 202 or consent of the instructor and the department chair. Credits: 1
