This course provides instruction in the fundamental principles and practices in first aid as provided by the American National Red Cross. It is intended to prepare students with the necessary first aid knowledge and training so they will be able to provide immediate care to an ill or injured person. The course will address safety awareness in the home, at play, at work, and on the streets and highways.
