The course is a study in specialized techniques of broadcast news for students who are already familiar with the fundamentals of journalism. The course is designed to provide students with skills for using broadcasting technology to tell a story. The course includes lecture and exercises, as well as participation in a lab to produce a television newscast. Prerequisites: RTV 2074, Television Production; RTV 2053, Newswriting.
