will explore the body and its relationship to time and space as a fundamental element in art making. Students will be introduced to a range of technologies for gathering material, which may be used in class projects. The course will discuss the history and theory of performance, as well as introduce various approaches to 'non theatrical' performance methods. Prerequisite: VART 101, MCOM 237 or consent.
