In this course students will explore careers in biology and prepare themselves for applying for a job or for applying to continue their training in graduate and professional schools. Professional preparation is an important component of the University Mission and this class is designed to benefit student professional preparation. Projects required for this course will include but are not limited to: Identifying post-graduation education and job possibilities, preparing a resume, writing a personal statement, practicing interviewing skills, and practicing standardized test-taking skills.
