provides an extensive overview of the resort and hospitality industry. The focus of this course provides a student with an introduction to facilities, operations and activities of the resort. Emphasis is on club and resort operations, leadership, management systems, marketing, planning and development, food and beverage operations, financial management, and security, safety and risk management. Students will gain a working knowledge of all areas of resort operations. Prerequisite: MGMT 150.
