introduces a broad range of concepts, theories, and practices important for a basic understanding of leadership. Topics focus on the various styles and environments of effective leaders. The course will examine application of leadership principles to realistic situations and problems such as quality, productivity, and profitability. It will also examine the role of leadership in achievement of organizational goals. This is a prerequisite for MGMT 303, 351 and 360.
