focuses on organizational culture as the personality of the organization. Culture is comprised of the assumptions, values, norms and tangible signs (artifacts) of organization members and their behaviors. Organization culture influences organizational behaviors, strategies, group dynamics, perceptions, and the capacity culture has on achieving corporate objectives. The emphasis of the course will be on the role organization culture plays in a system wide organizational change effort.
