Building on CSJU 310, this course examines the administration of justice in an increasingly diverse society. Issues of communication, cultural awareness and sensitivity will be examined. Changes in ethnic groups, including immigration, as well as issues of race will be examined in the context of social and public policies. As in CSJU 310 this course offers the opportunity to address issues from a Catholic perspective. Prerequisite: CSJU 310.
