provides an orientation to the University and to the College of Education. Specific objectives address the mission of the University, the philosophy and conceptual framework of the College of Education, and assessment procedures. Goals of the seminar are both cognitive and affective. This course is required of all candidates (transfers) who transfer in education credits to substitute for EDUC 210 within the baccalaureate degree program.
