provides the student with an understanding of the evolution of the major organ systems of the amphioxus, fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals including man. The comparison of organs is addressed with special emphasis on the evolutionary relationships between each class of chordates. BIOL 315 must be taken concurrently. Prerequisite: Grade of "C" or higher in BIOL 126/7 or consent of instructor.
