Emphasis is placed on the development of management strategies as well as the ethical, social, and legal responsibilities that shape their implementation. Global and domestic operational contexts examined. Topics include mission identification, performance evaluation, industry and competition analysis, integration and partnerships, organizational change and diversification, corporate social responsibility, the legal and regulatory environment of business, ethical decision making, sustainable enterprise management, and multinational corporate strategies.
