Fall (2-4), Spring (2-4), May Term (1-3) Independent research as part of an approved honors project. Each student works with an honors committee chaired by a department faculty member. The committee supervises the project, helps in research design and analysis, and provides advice for the comprehensive report formally presented to the department faculty and the committee. Prerequisite: SOAN 100, 102, or 104; and permission. May be repeated for degree credit for a maximum of 8 credits. Offered as needed.
