Fall (1), Spring (1), Summer (1). Introductory classroom experiences linked to liberal studies major coursework in the visual and performing arts and physical education. Structured, supervised participation in various school settings and at different grade levels for prospective teachers. Students will reflect on, analyze, and discuss K-8 observations and experiences in relation to subject area course content. May be repeated once for degree credit. Prerequisite: second-semester freshman standing or higher, fingerprint clearance, and TB test. Corequisite: enrollment in PE 310E or a course in the arts. For liberal studies majors only; other majors by permission. CN only.
