Fall (2-4) or Spring (2-4). Application of mathematical techniques to real-world problems. Groups of students act as consultants on problems solicited from university departments, local businesses, and/or charitable organizations. Additional material may be included as needed. Prerequisites: BUS 220, or ECON 200, or MATH 111, or PSYC 250, or permission. May be repeated for degree credit, but at most 4 credits may be applied toward the math major or minor. EV only.
