Focus on such topics as the consequences of the breakup of the Soviet Union, nuclear proliferation, the future of U.S. relations with "traditional"allies in Europe and Asia, the evolving American relationship with the Third World, and the future circumstances of U.S. foreign economic policy. Prerequisite: GOVT 123.
