Spring (0). Students majoring in chemistry are required to take the major field exam in chemistry. The student's scores on the exam will be discussed in a written evaluation. Students in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program who are taking a biology research methods course, BIOL 403 to BIOL 460, rather than CHEM 478 must take CHEM 477. EV only.
