A study of the nursing needs of patients who are experiencing alterations in mental health as well as in physical needs, which may be precipitated by mental health problems. Allows the student to see the relationship between mental and physical aspects of health and illness. Focuses upon acute and chronic problems. Prerequisite: NU 110 or NU 200, NU 207.
