A management course designed to contribute to a student's leadership and management skills necessary to become an Air Force officer. The course is designed to examine general leadership and management theory as well as practical application of professional skills. Utilizing this perspective, the course provides the student with a knowledge level understanding for the general element and employment of air and space power, from an institutional , doctrinal and historical perspective. Additionally, the course will help students communicate better using written and verbal tools. For the AFROTC cadet, it is designed to contribute to their transition from Air Force cadet to an Air Force officer. (WI) Co-requisite: AS 301L. Credit, three hours.
