An accelerated course to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in various health-related fitness and recreational activities. A personal assessment of the major components of health related fitness is required. Included activities are floor, step, and water aerobics; weight training; flexibility; walking, running, or swimming; the use of fitness training equipment; and other recreational activities.
