Students will study and recognize a diverse corporate workforce, significantly different from the traditional employee population that creates unique challenges. Study will be devoted to Federal and State laws affecting employment decisions, management concepts, issues, and functions. Emphasis will be placed on using effective tools for interviewing, training, performance management, providing employee benefits, and developing successful employee relations with this diverse population.
