Study of air power following the Korean War. Course deals with the peaceful employment of U.S. air power in relief missions and civic action programs in the late 1960's and the air war in Southeast Asia. It covers the build-up of air power during the 1980's and changes brought about by Desert Storm. The course will also survey leadership issues that form the basis of study in the Professional Officer Course. Students will learn the basics of ethical decision making as well as polish their communication skills.
