The student will engage in extensive historical analysis and interpretation and will learn the fundamentals of historical research. A major research paper is required. This course will be taught at the senior level Division of Social Sciences 215 and the topic of the seminar will change annually, depending on the interests of the professor directing it. Required of all majors in history and strongly recommended to all history minors. Permission of professor required.
