Prerequisite: BUS 350 Offered every semester/Fast-Track Fall I Required for management majors. Organizational Behavior is an analysis of the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations. The purpose of this course is to enable students to anticipate and understand the attitudes and behaviors likely to accompany various types of managerial styles and to follow organizational changes. Topics include personality differences, learning patterns, work motivation, job satisfaction, stress, conflict management, leadership, influence processes, and group dynamics.
