Prerequisite: BUS 242 and 60 hours Offered every spring Project Management is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in project management. Students will learn how to select projects, initiating projects and operating and controlling the projects. The demands placed on project managers and the manager's interaction with the parent organization will be discussed. Problems associated with conducting a project using people and organizations that represent different cultures or may be separated by a considerable distance will be covered.
