Prerequisite BUS 350 Offered occasionally Training and Performance Management explores and analyzes theories in adult learning, motivation and instructional design. Current personality and learning assessment instrumentation will be explored and related to workplace performance. Theories and perspectives on individual and group performance needs will be discussed. The student will learn to determine situations when training interventions are and are not appropriate.
