Offered every summer Instructional Strategies and Technologies explore a variety of instructional strategies and technologies currently being used in the field of training and development. Through selected reading, discussions, activities, modeling and class projects students analyze strategies such as lecture, group discussions, demonstration, job aids, role-playing and facilitation. The course emphasis is on the use of technology to access resources for course development, implementation and enhancement of instructional materials.
