Offered annually in the fall semester Introduces key economic concepts including opportunity cost, supply and demand, behavior of consumers and firms, markets, money and finance. Intended primarily for students majoring in history education, social sciences education, education, and social sciences disciplines other than economics, as well as other students with an interest in the subject. May be taken to satisfy University core requirement in social sciences. Students in the history education and social sciences education majors may be required to complete additional assignments. Priority enrollment will go to students in the History Education and Social Sciences Education majors.
