The purposes of this course are to (1) provide students with the opportunity to integrate the skills acquired in prior coursework in analyzing the internal and external environments of organizations and (2) have students learn how to formulate and implement strategies that will allow a firm to compete successfully within its environment. Prerequisites: FIN B300, MGT B325 (ACCT B410 for accounting majors), MGT B245, MKT B280; senior standing.
