Presents an appreciation of the elements of news coverage of environmental issues. Includes discussion of a variety of complex environmental challenges and provides theopportunity to explore disparate points of view. Students will engage in intensive reporting and writing skills, and study many issues with conflicting information. Prerequisite: CMMN A101 with a minimum grade of C (2.0), or permission of journalism sequence head.
