Students will develop their communicative competencies in Spanish and deepen their knowledge of the Spanish-speaking world by discussing and analyzing films from Latin America. Films will be in Spanish with English subtitles, but group discussion and individual writing assignments about the films will be conducted entirely in Spanish. Satisfies the Arts and Humanities core requirement. Prerequisites & Notes SP 202 or permission of the instructor. (Cr: 3)
