Students are introduced to the general historical and social background upon which the complex reality of present day Spain is built. The course will focus especially on the plurality of cultures-Christian, Jewish, and Muslim-which constituted Medieval Spain and makes Spanish history so unique. This is an advanced Spanish course taught in Spanish, suitable for American study abroad students. Taught in Spanish.(Cr: 3)
