Demonstrates how physical educators can cultivate in their physical education students an understanding and appreciation for the concept of lifelong fitness. Students will be asked to construct learning and assessment activities that enhance the wellness of the whole person: intellectually, affectively, and physically. Activity content for student micro teaching will include strength training, Relaxation, yoga, and cardiovascular activities. (Cr: 3)
