A semester-long focus on the transition to the senior year through preparation for student teaching as well as the senior thesis. Students subscribe to and read weekly issues of Education Week, develop a resume, and write a philosophy of teaching statement. The class meets once a week, with additional out of- class time spent on creating an electronic portfolio. Prerequisites & Notes Junior class status. (Cr: 2)
