Prerequisite: PEH 100 or permission of instructor Offered: Typically annually (next offered Spring 2010) Body Recall is an intergenerational and educational exercise experience. It is a program that is specifically developed to fit people of all ages and physical abilities, improving strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow and smooth exercises used help to reclaim range of movement that is pain free and possible, making living more pleasurable. Exercises are performed seated or standing, and make use of various equipment, such as balls, wands, and parachutes. 1/4 Course
