Prerequisite: PED 209 or permission of instructor Offered: Typically alternate years (next offered Short term 2010) This course is designed to give students an introduction to the theory and practice of Aquatic Art. This course seeks to enhance knowledge of, and appreciation for, the aesthetics of the body, water, and aquatic resources through artistic expression. Students will receive instruction in Aquatic Art vocabulary and performance. Following skill acquisition, students will apply their skills in the form of individual and group compositions. NOTE: Noncredit for students who took PED 308 during Short Term. 1/4 Course
