Prerequisite: ANR 110 or permission of instructor Offered: Typically every Fall Term An investigation into current knowledge and applied concepts in the production of livestock. Includes reviews of research in breeding, nutrition, reproduction, and economics. Emphasis on applied management skills, including health and reproductive-management techniques, feed analysis, cost accounting, and marketing. Three lectures and one laboratory session each week.
