Description: This course serves as the continuation of the "capstone" course in the Biology major and is necessarily preceded by SC 481. Students continue with their laboratory, or field research, in biology. The emphasis during this semester will be on the final collection of data, analysis of those data, and the composition of the final senior paper. Students will continue to share the results of experiments with classmates in a critical seminar setting. The authors of projects of very high quality will be encouraged to publish their work in the peer-reviewed literature. Prerequisites: SC481 Credit Hours: 3 CR.HR.
