Description: The role of the Baccalaureate-prepared professional nurse is examined in detail during this capstone course. Concepts and theories related to role, change, communication, leadership and management are explored and discussed. Students examine the role of nursing leaders and managers within the context of culture, change, decision-making power, politics and economics within a seminar format.
