Description: This course is highly experiential in its approach to helping students understand and appreciate why people behave the way they do in an organizational context. Students learn how to manage employee behavior by analysis of real world phenomena and by application of principles in the areas of human perception and communication, leadership and motivation, small group dynamics, organizational culture, and organizational change.
