This class focuses on learning the project management skills required in art and design professions. Students have the opportunity to develop a personal focus linked to their chosen concentration. Students learn how to identify an objective for an art or design project, make a project plan and budget, negotiate with clients and partners, establish a timetable, and complete the project. Students can also choose a more demanding project and learn how to develop a business idea, create a business plan, perform a marketing analysis, an entrepreneurial venture.
