The camera demands different techniques and skills from actors and directors than does the stage. This course introduces experienced actors and directors to topics such as staging for the camera, shot planning, rehearsing, directing actors, performing in a frame, and basic editing. Prerequisite(s): Theater 261, 264, 265, or 372. Enrollment limited to 12. P. Kuritz.
