Students are introduced to explorations of chemical and/or physical systems by discovering concepts rather than verifying them. Students who complete this course will be able to identify pertinent variables, recognize qualitative trends in data, determine quantitative relationships and test the validity of conclusions on a particular chemical or physical system. 1011L is a one session per week 3-hour laboratory. Corequisites: CHEM 1010/1010D. (1 Credit)
