Considers the nature, extent, and causes of juvenile delinquency, prevention programs, police interactions with youth, juvenile court procedures, correctional intervention with juvenile offenders, and the relationship between juvenile justice and other systems with which juveniles and their families interact. Includes an experiential component. Prerequisite: HDP 120-121 or HDP 124.
