Reviews research on quality care programs and best practices for infants and toddlers. Focuses staff training for inclusive, antibias, developmentally appropriate practices. Topics include: designing space, developing respectful policies and practices related to parents, management and resource allocation, and integrating multicultural perspectives as infant and toddler behavior and parenting styles are considered. Prerequisite: College-level course in child or lifespan development, or permission of the instructor.
